1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Folium Gathering Place website and our reservation services. By accessing our website or making a reservation with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability. By submitting a reservation request through our website, you are making an offer to book a table. We reserve the right to accept or reject any reservation request. Your reservation is only confirmed when you receive a confirmation message (SMS or Email) from us stating that your booking is "Confirmed".

• We hold tables for a maximum of 15 minutes past the reserved time. If you are running late, please contact us immediately.
• Large parties may be subject to a deposit or a specific cancellation policy communicated at the time of booking.

3. Cancellations

If you need to cancel or amend your reservation, we kindly ask that you do so as early as possible. This allows us to offer the table to other guests. Please contact us via phone to cancel or alter your booking.

4. Dress Code

We enforce a Smart Casual dress code for all evening reservations. Sportswear, excessively casual attire, or beachwear is not permitted after dark. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to guests who do not adhere to the dress code, regardless of their reservation status.

5. Dietary Requirements & Allergies

We strive to accommodate dietary requirements and allergies. Please inform us of any specific dietary needs or severe allergies in the "Special Requests" section of the reservation form. While we take every precaution, we process allergens in our kitchen and cannot guarantee that any dish will be 100% free of allergens.
