1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Folium Gathering Place ("Folium", "we", "us", "our") website and our reservation services. By accessing our website or making a reservation with us, you agree to be bound by these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania, including Law No. 9902, dated 17 April 2008 "On Consumer Protection" (as amended).

2. Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability. By submitting a reservation request through our website, you are making an offer to book a table. We reserve the right to accept or reject any reservation request. Your reservation is only confirmed when you receive a confirmation message (SMS or Email) from us stating that your booking is "Confirmed".

• We hold tables for a maximum of 15 minutes past the reserved time. If you are running late, please contact us immediately.
• Large parties may be subject to a deposit or a specific cancellation policy communicated at the time of booking.
• Our All You Can Eat experience is bookable between 18:00 and 21:00. Table time is limited to allow us to seat all guests comfortably; please arrive on time to make the most of your reservation.

3. Cancellations

If you need to cancel or amend your reservation, we kindly ask that you do so as early as possible. This allows us to offer the table to other guests. Please contact us via phone to cancel or alter your booking.

4. Dress Code

We enforce a Smart Casual dress code for all evening reservations. Sportswear, excessively casual attire, or beachwear is not permitted after dark. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to guests who do not adhere to the dress code, regardless of their reservation status.

5. Dietary Requirements & Allergies

We strive to accommodate dietary requirements and allergies. Please inform us of any specific dietary needs or severe allergies in the "Special Requests" section of the reservation form. While we take every precaution, we process allergens in our kitchen and cannot guarantee that any dish will be 100% free of allergens.

6. Age Restrictions & Responsible Service of Alcohol

The legal minimum age for the purchase and consumption of alcoholic beverages in Albania is 18. We reserve the right to request valid photo identification and to refuse service of alcohol to any guest who cannot provide it or who appears to be intoxicated.

7. Website Use & Intellectual Property

The content on our website is for general information purposes only. We do our best to ensure the information is accurate and up-to-date, but we make no guarantees regarding its completeness or accuracy. Prices, menus, and operating hours are subject to change without notice. All text, images, logos, and other content on this website are the property of Folium Gathering Place or its licensors and may not be reproduced or used without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Albanian law, Folium Gathering Place shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or reservation services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law (including liability for death, personal injury, or fraud). Nothing in these terms limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer under Albanian consumer protection law.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, fire, government restrictions, or public health emergencies.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms, including our reservation services, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tirana, Albania, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have to bring proceedings in your place of residence.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services or in applicable law. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date, and continued use of our website or services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
